4 Easy Ways To Fix A Sagging Neck!

Aging happens to all of us. No matter who you are, you’ll feel the signs of aging and they’ll even start to show on your face. One of the places that is mostly affected is our necks. There are so many things that can affect the way our skin looks like aging, genetics, weight loss, collagen, elastic breakdown, and even sun exposure. Putting all that aside, there are additional factors, according to the California Skin Institute, that specifically targets the neck. This usually is the cause of why your neck looks older than the rest of you.

The skin on our neck is significantly thinner and weaker than the rest of our body. After many years of twisting and turning our necks, you will notice the effects start to show. One of the biggest mistakes that a lot of people make is regarding their necks believe it or not! They don’t think that they should keep up with any skincare or even take care of the skin on their neck as much as their face. This is wrong!

If anything, you should pay MORE attention to your neck just because of how thin that skin is. With that being said, a lot of people look for ways to be able to turn back the time clock from the comfort of their own homes. What they don’t know s that there are home remedies that can help tighten a bit of your skin if you keep up with a regime!

The first one is coconut oil. You may have heard form some that coconut oil can do wonders for your skin hydration. The good thing is that it also has anti aging properties. It’s a powerful antioxidant that works to eliminate free radicals that damage the skin. It’s important that you start with a teaspoon of coconut oil and massage it into your skin for about 5 minutes before bed. Leaving it on overnight will help with an extra boost of healing.

You’ll sometimes hear people saying that they had an Epsom salt bath. This has been used for many years on the skin because of how the salt is able to reduce swelling. Epsom salt takes out the excess water from your body. This improves circulation, which, in turn, tightens your skin! To get this done the right way all you have to do is add 2 cups of the Epsom Salt in a warm water bath and then soak as much of your body in it for about 15-20 minutes. As you do it regularly you may start to notice that you skin is looking a lot better!

Aloe Vera is used as a positive skin aid for many reasons. It’s a great way to clear skin because of its healing properties. Not only that but it’s also known to help with sagging skin. It’s a malic acid and natural moisturizer. Put those two together and it’s a great way to provide your skin with an inexpensive treatment for sagging skin. All you have to do is scoop the gel from the Aloe Vera leaves and put it on your face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it off with lukewarm water.
